1.5 mm wind brace band is used for diagonal bracing of roof and wall constructions.

Advice:

The 1.5 mm wind brace band can be applied directly to the rafter top. Ensure that wind and tensile forces are correctly transferred to the roof structure. The wind brace band is secured with anchor nails. At least two nails must be attached at each rafter crossing point. Edge clearances and centre to centre distances must be observed for nails. Multiple wind brace bands can be arranged side by side to distribute stronger forces. The fasteners used must comply with EN 14592.
