PVD-coated (Physical Vapour Deposition = powder-vaporised coating), multi-functional saw blade with maximum surface hardness and minimal friction coefficients. The saw teeth are coated, strengthening the hardness level of the teeth and increasing the cutting parameters. The blade can be moved at high speeds and very few chips from the sawn material accumulate in the chip space (= tooth breakage and blade breakage are significantly reduced!). Suitable for the following materials: Steel, stainless steels, aluminium, bronze, copper, brass
Application: area: For use on manual machines and on semi-automatic and automatic machines. Suitable for all structural steels and unalloyed tool steels, including thin-walled stainless steel pipes with a tensile strength of up to 800 N/mm².
