Special adhesive for application to all flexible Kaiflex insulation (excluding Kaiflex EPDMplus). Adheres perfectly to metallic surfaces, does not adhere to tarmac, bitumen or red lead paints (linseed-oil based). Contact adhesive based on polychloroprene, free from aromatics.

Kaiflex special adhesive 414 has been specially developed for bonding flexible Kaiflex insulation systems (excluding Kaiflex EPDMplus).
It is also ideal for use with other closed-cell elastomeric rubber insulation materials (NBR).

Properties/application instructions:
Stir well before use.
Easy to spray, very good initial adhesion, good heat resistance. Apply on both sides using a brush or spray gun.
Flash-off time: 4–8 minutes
After gluing, press on firmly.
