The RECA TT levelling foot should be installed with spacing of approx. 50–100 cm. Please note the compressive strength (approx. 200 kg per levelling foot) and plan for the number of RECA TT levelling feet needed in accordance with your requirements. Mark the distance calculated on the underside of the substructure and pre-drill using a drill bit (diameter 10 mm) to a depth of 35–40 mm. Then, the T nut can be driven into the drill hole. Now screw the levelling foot into the T nut. For levelling more than 30 mm, the RECA TT underlay pad can also be laid underneath the levelling foot. The substructure can be aligned by unscrewing and re-screwing.
Terrace substructures made of wood, wood-like materials or aluminium can be easily, quickly and precisely installed using the terrace pedestal. A universal attachment for substructures is included in the packing unit. The X-shaped base plate can be installed in a variety of positions and has a secure footing. Its special shape enables positioning close to edges, e.g. on the edge of a wall, without any problems. The X-shaped base plate is perfect for use even with butt joints (substructure on substructure), and boasts advantages over conventional circular base plates. The high load capacity of the terrace pedestals is achieved through very thick walls and precisely formed thread and connection parts. This guarantees permanent and stable mounting of the substructure or terrace boards.
