The special anchor for mounting in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS)

This pre-mounted insulation anchor is a mounting solution developed for ETICS (external thermal insulation composite systems)
with insulation thickness greater than 100 mm. Pipe clamps
and other components with an M10 female threaded connection are mounted on the RECA ID 95 VM
insulation anchor. These clamps are then used to mount downpipes for
roof drainage. The RECA ID 95 VM insulation anchor is equipped with a
drill tip. This makes it possible to mount it directly after plastering without
pre-drilling into most ETICS (external thermal insulation composite systems) made from rigid foam panels, polystyrene panels,
Styrofoam panels, Heraklith panels and wood fibre insulating panels
(pre-drilling to 14 mm required). The set screw is made of A2 stainless steel, therefore offering long-term
corrosion protection. The set screw is adjustable up to 25 mm. The moulded cover cap guarantees a clean connection and is
also fitted with an EPDM seal to protect against moisture.

For mounting downpipe clamps, signs, lighting and other components in
external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) e.g. rigid foam panels, expandable polystyrene panels, Styrofoam panels, Heraklith panels and in wood fibre insulating panels
(pre-drilling to 13 mm required)

Advice:

• Remove an area of plaster or other surface material from the substrate in the size of the wall plug collar (see table). Screw the anchor in until flush using low torque without pre-drilling
