arecal spray primer is a sprayable adhesion promoter for applying butyl and bitumen tapes.

Application area:

As a pre-treatment for construction surfaces such as masonry, wood, fibreboards,
substructures etc. when applying RECA "femo" joint sealing tapes and films.

NOTE: Porous and absorbent surfaces must be primed to
ensure optimal adhesion!

Also suitable for pre-compressed joint sealing tapes

Field of Application:

The spray primer is specifically designed to improve the adhesion of RECA "femo" joint sealing tapes and films on slightly dusty, slightly damp and cold surfaces.

RECA arecal spray primer boasts excellent adhesive strength on most surfaces. Not suitable for expandable polystyrene, extruded polystyrene or PTFE. Not suitable for long-term use under water.

Advice:

• Improves adhesion - suitable for slightly dusty, slightly damp and cold surfaces
• Short drying time
• Excellent adhesion to a range of materials.
• For indoor and outdoor use
• Moisture-resistant
• Does not contain toluene or methylene chloride
