The RECA ultra trapezoidal blades ("black blades") are specially heat treated, creating a higher carbon content in the steel. Sulphur and manganese content in the alloy is reduced to a minimum. The result: extremely clean-cut edges. An additional double two-phase section (13° and 25°) and a Rockwell hardness of 65.9 enable more precise coverage and cutting of the material — the result: improved cutting and a longer service life.
