Self-fusing insulating and sealant tape made from polyisobutylene (PIB) for sealing and repairing electrical and distribution cables of all types up to 46 kV and for protecting various electronic components.

Advantages:

• Residue-free removal from most substrates

Advice:

The substrates to be sealed must be dry and free from dust and grease.

Remove the protective film, stretch the tape by approx. two thirds of its original size and apply the tape stretched taut and overlapping.

The tape is only UV-stable to a limited degree and should be protected from direct sunlight.

Avoid contact with petroleum-type solvents and oils.
