Double rails are connected back-to-back and feature flanks curved inwards with characteristic ZS toothing.

Application area:

The toothed mounting rail system is the best and most secure installation method for the medium and higher load ranges. Ideal for pipe installation, as a load-bearing structure for ventilation ducts or as a support for wiring in electrical installation. Rails and brackets feature characteristic toothing inside the flanged section for secure attachment with lateral and vertical adjustment and positive-fit connection of all attachments and suspended parts.

IMPORTANT: The rails are only suitable for indoor use!

Field of Application:

Attachment to ceilings and walls:
The toothed mounting rail anchoring was not factored into the calculation of the loads. The required screws and/or anchors must be suitable for the maximum admissible rail load.
Load:
If sliding nuts are used to install the rails (suspension), the load must not exceed the maximum admissible load for the sliding nuts! The through-hole method should therefore be used to install the rails in the event of high loads.

Advantages:

The new design in combination with the clinching process allows for higher stability of the rail, enabling the material thickness and rail weight to be reduced.
