The KWS fire protection filler is a system component for creating the KWS cable, pipe or combination soft stop fire system EI 90. For the adhesive bonding of the mineral fibreboard components and for sealing larger joints and residual openings within the soft stop fire system or between the soft stop fire system and the component. System component for creating the KWS continuous collar partition system for sealing the ring gap between the component and continuous collar. The width of the ring gap must not exceed 10 mm. The KWS fire protection filler can be applied using a trowel or directly from the cartridge.
The KWS fire protection filler is an ablative, highly viscous and non-hydroscopic, water-based fire protection coating. It is a construction material consisting mainly of chemically/physically active substances and binders.
