Angled outwards

1.5-mm outward angled joist hangers are used for connecting secondary beams to main beams or to supports.
Due to the embossing and lateral ribs, the 1.5-mm joist hangers can deflect larger forces than comparable 2.0-mm joist hangers.

Application area:

For load-bearing connections of timber joists to wood, concrete or steel. Ideal for standard cross-sections

Advice:

To connect the main or secondary beam, the outer joist hangers have nail holes with a diameter of 5 mm. Additional anchor holes with a diameter of 11 mm are provided to connect the main beam. The fasteners used for the outer joist hangers must comply with EN 14592.
Suitable fasteners are:
Anchor nails to EN 14592 (art. no. 0681 040 ...)
Stud anchors BZ Plus (article no. 0681 040 ...) in conjunction with washer
DIN 440 (ISO 7094) (article no. 0459 ...)
