arecal Rustshock is a rust remover with extremely high penetration and icing effect.

Field of Application:

arecal Rustshock loosens all types of rusted-tight screw threads.
The extreme penetration capacity of the product enables it to penetrate into the corroded screw connection and release it using the cold shrink effect. The connection can then be easily unscrewed without needing heavy-duty tools!
For removing parts that are rusted tight, burned on and stuck together without destroying them.
For screws, bolts, fittings, guides, levers, sliding rails, bearings.
Whenever maintenance, inspection and repair work is carried out.

Advantages:

Does not become gummy or sticky.
Penetrates below rust and loosens already seized screws.

Advice:

By cooling (icing) the sprayed material surface down to min. -45°C, micro-fine cracks appear at the connection points in the corrosion layer, which break up the rust and thus guarantee better penetration of the active ingredient.
