Beskrivelse

Thread-rolling screws create their own "female thread" during installation - when screwing into ready-made holes - without creating any chips. This creates an optimal screw connection in steel, high-pressure die-cast metal, aluminium, brass and copper with minimal installation costs.

Fordele

  • No thread cutting
  • No chips
  • Low installation torque
  • Groove with standard metric thread

Gode råd

  • Guidelines for core hole diameter
  • In copper and copper alloy (E-CU F30 and CuZn F38); aluminium and aluminium alloys (Al 99.5 F13 and AlMn F10) and steel (St 12 and 37). In certain cases, ideal values can only be established in laboratory tests.
  • Do not use the screw in applications with direct exposure to the weather or in wet rooms with atmospheres containing chlorine gas.
