Direct connection of wood on aluminium

Application area:

For all cases where chipboard screws are used and where an aesthetically pleasing look is to be achieved. Particularly suitable for screw connections with small edge distances
Examples of use:
Terrace construction, façade construction, vehicle manufacturing, jetties, piers, balconies, fences, play equipment.

Advantages:

The washer head II: Prevents splinter formation, allows flush countersinking and firm clamping of the component
The wing-type drill bit eliminates the need to pre-drill wooden and aluminium substructures up to 3.5 mm, stops crack formation in wood
Suitable for hardwood (e.g. oak, ipe, ash, bangkirai, Douglas fir etc.).
Top coat reduces screwing resistance

Advice:

• The tip of the screw must protrude at least 13 mm from the aluminium.
• Length 45 mm for max. 30 mm floorboards, length 60 mm for max. 45 mm floorboards
• Usage: approx. 35 pieces/m²
