Minimal burr and heat formation in thin material

The INOX 0.65 mm cutting disc allows faster and cooler cuts with fewer burrs than ever before. This extremely thin cutting disc is fully hardened throughout due to the patented manufacturing process. This prevents premature wear on the cutting disc. The unique manufacturing process enables maximum aggressiveness (without running off centre) as the disc does not have a hard cutting edge. Optimised for use on thin sheet metal and profiles.

Application area:

Iron-, sulphur- and chlorine-free (≤ 0.1 %) cutting disc (no surface rust) delivers a clean, soft cut. Excellent cutting performance in stainless steel, steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.
