Two-component polyurethane foam system applied from the cartridge, which is offset with halogen-free fire protection additives and is intumescent in the event of fire.

Application area:

S60 or S90 cable, pipe or combination partitioning for solid walls, solid ceilings and light partition walls.

Fire sealing of electrical cables, telecommunication cables, optical fibre cables, electrical installation pipes, cable trays as well as combustible and non-combustible pipes.

The 2C fire protection foam can also be used to route pipes through room-terminating components (walls and ceilings) in accordance with German model pipe system guidelines (MLAR).

Advantages:

• Optimal coordination between the start of reaction and curing enables sufficiently long work interruptions and fast work progress.
• Unused fire protection foam does not harden in the cartridge. The contents can still be used with a new mixer nozzle.
